Seriously!! These two!! Not only are they a gorgeous couple but they are absolute naturals in front of the camera!! I had such a great time with them at Fort Monroe for their engagement session over the weekend! This was my first time shooting there and I definitely hope to go back!! I’d love to go back and just explore one day! There is so much to see and do there! And learn!

So Calvin and Lisa have been together for quite a while! Ten years to be exact! They picked Fort Monroe as one of their locations because is has sentimental meaning to them.  Lisa spent lots of time here as a child AND it’s where Calvin proposed! In this gazebo! 
Seriously though! How gorgeous is this ring!!! LOVE!! 
After we finished up at Ft. Monroe we headed to another special place for these two – Lions Bridge! We were able to catch a tiny glimpse of a gorgeous sunset before the clouds got in the way.  This place was stunning! Close by is Nolan Trail where Lisa and Calvin like to go on long walks together.  The scenery is so beautiful! Even in January! I can’t imagine was it looks like in in Spring or Summer!

Their wedding date is set for July of this year at the beautiful Chrysler Museum of Art. Lisa and Calvin are so excited to spend the rest of their lives together. It’s so clear that this couple is head-over-heels for each other!
