Today I had a total palm to forehead moment when I realized that I had these images all ready to blog WEEKS ago annnnnd for whatever reason they didn’t get published.  Totally blaming it on the craziness that has been this summer!!

Clarissa and Garrett’s engagement session at Norfolk Botanical Garden was such a fun time!! Even though it was H.O.T. that day, you’d never know! They were so happy and go with the flow!! The gardens are a gorgeous place in the summer and we had a great time exploring some fun spots!!

In my many years as a photographer, I’ve been extremely lucky to get to work with all kinds of amazing human beings. As you’d expect, every couple is different from the next. Some are all about the PDA, some are all about keeping it sweet and romantic, and some people… well, some people are just downright silly! Clarissa and Garrett were all smiles and giggles their entire session!! I loved it!!

She seriously has the best laugh!!! 

These two are officially tying the knot on August 11 in Virginia Beach, so wish them lots of luck! But really, with a relationship as lighthearted and fun as this one, I don’t think they’ll need any luck at all!
