It’s been almost a week since Amanda and Perry’s stunning Sawgrass Marriott wedding in Ponte Vedra, FL and I am still relishing on what an absolutely perfect day it was!! The grounds of the resort are absolutely stunning! The trees, the ponds, and the wildlife (scroll down for the resident alligator!) were all so breathtaking.  Perry and Amanda love this area of North Florida and I can see why!

Amanda and Perry knew each other for a while before their official first date.  Amanda was Perry’s hairstylist! And she points out that he did not ask her out in her chair 🙂 The two began dating in 2017 and were engaged this summer.  Perry proposed in a very sentimental and special place, and in a very special way.  Not only did he ask Amanda to marry him, but he also asked her sweet daughter, Ella Grey as well.  All three were in tears standing on the island of Lake Blue Ridge.

I’m very happy share this special wedding day with you! It was a day filled with so much love and happiness! Amanda and Perry to two very sweet souls who love each other deeply.  Watching them though the day warmed my heart.  I especially loved the moments when Ella Grey popped in for a group hug! Oh! And don’t miss the very special dance Perry shared with Ella Grey during the reception! I’m pretty sure the whole room was in tears!  














These moments y’all! They get me!! Watching Ella Grey dote over Amanda as she was getting ready was so sweet and tender! 








During my first conversation with Amanda, she explained that Perry and Ella Grey would be sharing a first look too. I loved the idea, and capturing this moment was pure joy!

Perry and Ella Grey shared a beautifully choreographed dance to “My Girl” and let me tell you, we were ALL in tears! 

























The award for “best way to surprise your bride” goes to Perry! He surprised Amanda with a STEAK CAKE y’all!!! This thing was amazing! Three layers of delicious beef and a “frosting” of mashed potatoes, and adorned with bacon roses.  The staff at the Sawgrass Marriott knocked this one out of the park for sure!! 
















To say their day was gorgeous was an understatement.  The weather forecasted for rain all day and thankfully it held off! Until this moment…literally as Perry and Amanda were walking through their sparklers exit the bottom fell out!! 






Amanda and Perry, no one deserves this day more than the two of you, and I am beyond happy that I got to be there to witness the beginning of your next big adventure!  Thank you a million times over for being so incredible.  I hope this new adventure together gets better each and every day.  Your joy is contagious and I absolutely loved being surrounded by it on your wedding day.  Cheers to many more decades of love and happiness!
