I know many of you are traveling today or preparing your homes for a delicious Thanksgiving meal!  I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with family and friends! As we reflect this week on all the things we are thankful for I can’t help but feel so incredibly blessed for all of our friends we have made through the years of my husband being in the Navy.  When we knew we were moving to Montgomery we were very excited, but as it was coming up I realized this was the first move where I didn’t have a built in network of fellow Navy wives already there.  Not long after settling in this summer these two super cute twin boys were in and out of house day after day playing with our two boys.  It didn’t take too long before we were introduced to their parents and a friendship quickly blossomed.  As military families we know that our friends are our family.  We are there for each other when our family can’t be because of the miles that separate us.  We spend holidays together, birthdays, and many a lonely night as we get through one deployment after another.   I am so thankful for each one of you that I have met along the way.  You have blessed and enriched my life in so many ways!
