I’m still on a major high from shooting Dana and Jeremy at their engagement session in Croatan Beach in Virginia Beach. Talk about a gorgeous place – and gorgeous people – to photograph! We started off at a super sentimental place for them! It was the exact spot where Jeremy proposed to Dana.  The cute older home in Virginia Beach is owned by some dear friends of theirs and it was so fun to make a quick stop there!

A gorgeous ring and a gorgeous hot pink peony?!?! Yes please!!!  Dana had her makeup done by Dahlia Edwards Makeup and it was gorgeous!! I highly recommend using your engagement session as a trial run for your wedding day makeup!! Not only will you look even more gorgeous in your photographs, but its a great time to get to know your makeup artist and what you would like for your wedding day!  Ahhhh!! Love capturing those in-between, unposed moments!! They are the sweetest!!  Croatan Beach was absolutely beautiful!! We had the entire beach to ourselves and just had FUN!!  Needless to say, Jeremy got a little silly by the end of our session and I loved it!!  I think they loved it when I said “okay, now get snuggly”.  They were complete naturals!! 

These two are officially tying the knot in October of 2019 at The Water Table, so wish them lots of luck! But really, with a relationship as lighthearted and fun as this one, I don’t think they’ll need any luck at all!
