Cobblestone streets, towering buildings, and the buzz of city life – that’s what we had in store for us throughout Nicole and Tyler’s historical Richmond, Virginia engagement session a couple weeks ago. We hit the colorful murals of Canal Street, and I am so excited that we were able to use the gorgeous Church Hill as a backdrop, along with Libby Hill Park! Richmond is so full of all things fun and old and I love when I get to make the trip there.
We started off our evening close to where Nicole and Tyler live. They wanted to include their precious pups, Hobie and Wyatt, in a few shots! Aren’t they just the most photogenic dogs?!?! Ssshhhh, don’t tell Cammy I said that!
Nicole’s rose gold engagement ring was stunning!!
These two were full of energy, and I love the outfits they chose! It was the perfect complement to the colorful, historical city backgrounds we were working with throughout the shoot.
I think these images are my absolute favorite from the day. Just look at those colors!
These two are going to be so much fun to photograph on their wedding day in November at House Mountain Inn in Lexington, VA! Can’t wait!
