Spending Sunday evening with Ryan and Erin for the engagement session at Back Bay Wildlife Preserve was a VERY welcomed break from all the boxes and packing that it happening in our home right now. Yep, that’s right…we’re moving. I made an announcement last summer and the time has slowly crept up on us. And here we are with just days left in Virginia Beach. While we are so excited to be moving back home to Georgia, leaving our home here is super hard. We love our friends and our neighborhood, the beach, the amazing restaurants, the schools…pretty much everything – except the traffic. But cheers to new adventures and chapters ahead! We’ve got this!
I am super excited that I’ll be returning to Virginia Beach in a month for Erin and Ryan’s wedding! A little pandemic can’t keep these two from tying the knot in an intimate ceremony with close family and friends at Lesner Inn. Getting to their engagement session was a little tricky due to said pandemic, but we finally made to Back Bay over the weekend and I am so glad if finally happened! We had gorgeous weather, a cotton candy sunset, and no bugs! If you’ve ever been to Back Bay you know how buggy it can get! I so enjoyed walking the trails with them and getting to know them! They are such a super fun and laid back couple!
I love finding those gorgeous spots of glowy light!
Pretty sure this was my favorite shot of the evening. Erin’s sweet smile, and Ryan snuggling her….just perfect!
